Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how LUNARETH LIMITED (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, and protects information in connection with your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, whether as a guest or through a registered account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with its terms.

1. Scope and Applicability

This Policy applies to all users of the Service, including both visitors who access the Service without registering ("guest users") and those who create an account ("registered users"). The Policy governs all data collected through your interaction with the Service, including information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information generated through your use of the Service. This Policy does not apply to third-party services that may be linked to or integrated with the Service, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect different types of information depending on how you interact with the Service, including both information you provide voluntarily and information collected automatically.

When you choose to register for an account, we may collect certain personal information necessary to create and manage your account, including but not limited to your email address and account credentials. This information is used to enable account access, maintain account security, and provide user-specific functionality such as access to generated content history.

When you use the Service, whether as a guest or a registered user, we may collect certain technical and usage information automatically. Such information may include, without limitation, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, and other diagnostic data related to your interaction with the Service. This information is collected for the purposes of maintaining system performance, ensuring security, and understanding general usage patterns at an aggregate level.

In addition, when you use specific features of the Service that involve uploading materials, including images or similar content ("User Input"), such content is transmitted to and processed by our systems in order to generate corresponding results.

3. Image Processing and Handling

The Service allows users to upload images or similar materials for automated processing. Such User Input is used solely for the purpose of generating results requested by the user and is not used for any unrelated purposes.

Uploaded images are processed on our systems and may be temporarily stored for the duration necessary to complete the requested operation. Once processing is completed, original uploaded images are not retained beyond the time reasonably required for technical processing and are subsequently deleted from active storage.

Generated results ("Output") may be stored for a limited period of time to enable user access, including through account history functionality. Access to such stored Output is restricted to the user associated with the account or session under which it was generated.

4. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing access to generated results, maintaining service functionality, and complying with legal obligations.

In general, generated Output may be retained for a limited duration, such as up to 30 days, unless deleted earlier by the user through available controls. After the applicable retention period, such data may be automatically deleted, anonymized, or otherwise removed from active systems.

Certain technical or usage data may be retained for shorter or longer periods depending on operational, security, or legal requirements. While we implement reasonable retention practices, you acknowledge that complete deletion from all backup or archival systems may not occur immediately.

5. Purposes of Use

We use the information we collect for a variety of purposes related to the operation and improvement of the Service, including:

  • to provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its functionalities;
  • to process User Input and generate Output as requested by users;
  • to manage user accounts and provide access to account-specific features;
  • to monitor system performance, detect technical issues, and maintain security;
  • to analyze general usage patterns in an aggregated and non-identifiable manner in order to improve the Service experience.

We do not use User Input or generated Output for the purpose of training machine learning models, nor do we use such content for advertising or public distribution.

6. Legal Basis and Consent

By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in this Policy. Where required by applicable law, such processing is based on your consent, the necessity of processing to provide the Service, and our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the Service.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or trade your personal information. However, we may share information in limited circumstances as necessary to operate the Service, including with:

  • service providers who assist in hosting, infrastructure, or technical operations, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • payment service providers who process transactions on our behalf, without our direct access to your full payment details;
  • legal or regulatory authorities where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Any such sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose and is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

8. User Rights and Data Control

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal information. These rights may include the ability to access, update, correct, or delete the information that we hold about you. Where the Service provides account functionality, you may review and modify certain information directly through your account settings.

You may also request deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Upon receiving a valid request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize your information, unless retention is required for legitimate business purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. You acknowledge that certain data may remain in backup or archival systems for a limited period of time before complete deletion.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Such measures may include secure data storage, access controls, and encryption where appropriate. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities conducted under your account. We encourage you to take appropriate precautions to protect your personal information when using the Service.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed, stored, and transferred to locations outside of your country or jurisdiction, including to servers or service providers located in other regions where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy, including implementing appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies or similar technologies to support the operation of the Service, enhance user experience, and collect general usage information. These technologies may be used to maintain session continuity, remember user preferences, and analyze general interaction patterns.

You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect the functionality or availability of certain features of the Service.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or controlled by us. This Policy does not apply to such third-party services, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

In addition, certain aspects of the Service may rely on third-party service providers for infrastructure, processing, or payment functionality, and your information may be shared with such providers to the extent necessary for those purposes.

13. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals who are not legally permitted to use such services under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals who do not meet the applicable legal requirements for use of the Service. If we become aware that such information has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. Any such updates will be effective upon posting the revised Policy on the Service, unless otherwise specified. We may, but are not obligated to, provide additional notice of significant changes.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. You are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle your information.
